I believe the 1942 set has the four round shank ends for the shock rods as well. They fit the underside of the spring cup and are slightly shorter as well. Isn't there a facebook version of RC10Talk kinda thing already? Could these types of things be done thru that "porthole"? I think some of the rustic appeal of RC10Talk proper comes from it being an old fashioned forum that is essentially completely separated from all that jazz.
