tamiya speed control

How hot a motor you guys think I can run on that esc that comes in alot of the re-re kits before it lets the smoke out?

Probably a hot 27t geared conservatively would be the high limit... I don't think they are rated more than about 40 amps.

ive seen people running the 19t trinity komodo conservativley geared. i ran it with my hotshot re-re for a while with the 17t pinion and it worked just fine. didnt get too hot on me, neither the motor or esc.
