well I was thinking that the worn parts was the issue too, however I have replaced them atleast 10 times now both the turn buckle and the cup. Again it is mostly the right rear. Do you have any suggestions for a rear shock and spring set up? The car handels great but the rubber tires rubsthe springs. I like that wing that is on towers site. Ty for sharing that.

Ball cups/turnbuckles. How many threads of engagement do you have in the ball cup? I've never had a turnbuckle come out of a ball cup unless it was crash damage.

Spring hitting tire. judging from the pics, the way the cage kit stands the shock more upright is probably the culprit. since you can't really change that very easily I would suggest running a wheel spacer. now, you're only going to be able to do that if you're running 3/16" axles. If you're still running the 1/4" axles I'm not sure there's anything you can do.

PBR as far as the shock that issue is solved I just dropped shorter ones on and stuck them on the middle hole. As far as the other I have yet to crash it, except when the buckle pops loose and the cvd wacks the A Arm. It normally only messes up on the corners when I'm turning. If I decide to race it I'll prolly swap the rear arms for some wide tracks though I dunno yet. Thinking of selling the damn thing it's becomming a head ache.

Ok I finally got most of my issues with this car solved. I have located my body I want and plan on getting it soon. Now comes the problem. When I went to the track I knoticed that everyone there had a newer style paint scheme on there plastic cars. So I thingh a old school car deserved a iold school paint job. Now the only issue I have is I cant come up with one I like its like painter block I guess.

If you have any pictures or idea I could really use some help.

I think the closest thing to an old non downtube style hood that is still readily available is goin to be the customworks speedway hood.

Sorry, bent, I didn't mean speedway hood (that's the hood I use on all my cars). I meant the enforcer hood.

That's about the most vintage appearing hood you're gonna find that is still being sold.

 Tizeye I just e-mailed them yesterday on the outlaw, the bottom body, will it fit the BBT? Also Tiz do you have any pictures of the vintage body's?

Pbr I saw that hood too. I have one that is yellow but I dont care for yellow so thats why I am looking for a different one.

Do you guys have any referance pictures of the BBT I have seen them before but I can seem to find the posts now.
