Nitro Dragster ID help? (Updated with new body)
Picked this up awhile ago with some other stuff, thought it was cool.
Old dragster. The tires are cracked, but otherwise it appears that it was never actually ran.
@13" wheelbase and looks to take a small nitro engine, probably @ .12 size.
Anyone into these and could possibly I.D. this one?
Thanks!

Did RJ Speed buy out BoLink?
Here is my exact car under the nitro dragster section....mine is apparently missing a few parts though.

Re: Nitro Dragster ID help?
Nobody bought the company as a whole. As far as i'm aware it was split up and different companies bought different facets. RJ Speed bought a lot of it. A ton of stuff was also sold to the general public. Then the name and whatever was left over was sold to someone else.

Re: Nitro Dragster ID help?
I bought two things but looking back I wish I had bought more.
The Motion Graphics painted 55 Chevy body they used in all the ads.
The "V-Rod" car I think it was called from the Hot-Rodz line. It was the one used at the trade shows and ads. The body is also signed by them. I can post pics if anyone is interested.
I remember when they put their body wind tunnel up on eBay. Its one of those things thats really cool and a piece of R/C history but what would you really do with it?

Paint didn't turn out quite as I had hoped...
I use transfer tape used for installing vinyl decals and the only stuff I had is the low tack, which doesn't stick well enough for thin lines on lexan....as I found out.
