I have not tryed it yet but i am told you can do sharp bends with it and no wrinkles. It is 1/8" wide so it should work for what I'm trying to do.
that's true to an extent. yes, you can do fairly sharp bends and it won't wrinkle. but, if you stretch it a little to much as your doing those sharp bends, it's easy to make the tape narrow. which in turn will give you an uneven stripe width. also, the tape will want to let go around those corners. you need to work the tape around them. do not push it forward as your pressing it down creating the bends.
yeh I see what you are talking about on streching. the roll is 38' feet . plenty of tape to get i wright. thanks for the info.

The reason I ask about the tape is because I'm gonna try and paint a body the same as the boxart from the 80s RC10 buggie and they have 3 stripes that turn up at the back.
Yes i use a Iwata HP-CS with Createx and Faskolor.
Nice paint jobs ! I have a airbush city airbrush and am going to use faskolor . My stupid question is what is createx? thanks for the help.

Createx is another water based paint suitable for Lexan and other materials like Faskolor.
U see Faskolor more cause its marketed by Parma so all of the LHS carry it.
I buy all my supplies from Coast Airbrush in Anaheim,CA.
