rear inner hinge pin

Post by DMAT »

does anybody know if ASC7356 is interchangable with ASC6380. both are the rear inner hinge pins but im not getting any info about them. I guess this is a difference between original and championship/world/team editions.

off topic but one of my other questions. any idea on the thread pattern of shock shaft ends? Trying to find some aluminum rod ends but can find any info on the ends. I can do it for the turnbuckles since i can order ones with a different diameter shaft but shocks are sorta stuck at what they are.

The 6380 was the original longer shaft, the 7356 is for later arms and trucks. The 6380 measures 2.18" from inside the e-clip to inside the e-clip. The 7356 measures 2.02". These should get you close, my mic is a cheapo

The shock shaft is 4-40

so much for my extra 3mm ends fitting it then. to the google then.

and thanks too. first site that came up had a lot of stuff. what else will i find.

EDIT: hmm....after looking at the 4-40 ones, Their specs says m3 on the thread designation. Think ill wait till i get my 3mm in and do a test fit before i buy. Thanks though.

M3 is slightly larger and finer than 4-40, not sure what they are talking about. I would put m3 closer to 5-40 like a slipper nut, yet still finer thread. 5-48 ish
