Cool Cedric,
You found a way to put the the moterplate on the other side.
If you look at the ad for hyperdrive in the scan section here , you see it onthe standard side: making you need to run the moter backward
Who made this moterplate then?
I'm thinking of foing the same hyperdrive thing as you know.
But I'm not gonna put the moterplate on the other side: I'm gonna rotate the gearbox around so it becomes a midmoter setup
about 2 years ago daryl lane of a&l/factory works was selling off his old stock on ebay. he had quite a few of the trailing arm kits for sale in fiberglass & graphite, he also had some of his personal custom trailing arms he made. some were custom lightened, polished aluminum, magnesium, and delrin all in one lot. man talk about a deal daryl was a wizz with that custom stuff. he even had a custom streched 6 wheel rc-10 truck he built. it had a dual trailing arm setup for the 4 rear tires with dual lethal weapon trannies that thing was awesome! i think he used it for truck pulling or something.

I 'discovered ebay' at the tale end of that and only managed to get a graphite chassis, I keep meaning to email him about a graphite chassis as it'd be way cooler imho.
Oh any pics of the 6 wheel truck?
Back to the thread though, I didn't realise you had to run the motor backwards but now you mention it it becomes plainly obvious. Lol. Very cool.
Since I am no RC10-expert at all I thought that I would ask You in this forum.
I have been looking for a B3 for a while in a somewhat good shape, a runner . A friend of mine here in Hamburg had one, a B3 he said. It looked good and...

faceman2k - You are correct!
The B2 to B3 conversion included everything but the transmission, front plate, rear plate, motor mount plate, and rear shock tower. The B3 worlds conversion included body/wing (pro-line deja vu-tu), rear shock tower...
I cannot for the life of me remember the origins of this one. I’d hazard a guess that once it was a graphite or a 6 gear CE, If any of you guys have a better idea let me know.
Anyway, I’ve just finished it having had it in a state of almost...
I'm thinking about re-powering my old LXT and JRX Pro SE with brushless power. But, other than the Le Mans motor/esc I just got for my Rocky (which I've not hooked up yet), I have no experience with brushless systems.
The big question I have is if...

It's pretty much universal. A lot of escs have an unsensored mode, though most motors you would use in your Losi cars would be sensored. A lot of guys do buy non sensored stuff, but sensored has a little better control.

Hoping to see Craig in RC10 here in France during the next CML Masters :-)
Just a kind of goof-off project. A frankenstien type of build. I have about all the different styles of RC10's that these parts would go on already built. I am a little tired of trying to find and buy parts to make kit correct modlels. I guess I...
