Front wheel nut size
Front wheel nut size
I just got a brand new never assembled 10t at a garage sale. The only problem is the guy took everything out of the bags. Luckily everything was there except one of the front wheel nuts. The guy (the one who knows his stuff) at the hobby store looked it up in the team associated book and said it was size 4-40. Its either too small or the wrokg thread. Anyone know what size it really is? Thanks.

Re: Front wheel nut size
as I understand it the associated axles are 4-40 or 5-40 depending on steel vs aluminum versions. Use a full nylon nut and make it fit

Re: Front wheel nut size
It's a 5-40 size nut. Like aconsola said, you can also use the nylon nuts and make it fit. Either way works well.
