I've had it masked and prepped for over a year now but finally painted it today! My RC10T that in my opinion is a beast finally got a painted shell today. My 4 year old son is now the proud new owner of this fine machine and extremely proud of the body, he picked the colors. He went to bed early this evening so I didn't get a chance to get a picture of him with it but will do so tomorrow since he's so proud of it . I messed up a couple things but other wise it turned out pretty good I think. The body still needs final trimming and mounting but it looks good just sittin' on it .
Finally found the courage to molest the original Turbo body.
It´s painted in light blue and pearl backed with white.
It seems like the sheet of stickers has left their drawer, a darn shame as they were originals.
I have to ask a question … what’s the thing about to not paint the body on new built or restored cars? Lot of members shows their car without painted body, I don’t get it… place in light me… :D

trying to convert it in to a tamiya cr-01, not going so good, i got my memeroial rc10 built for the most part so these are the left overs, which reminds me io need to get some photos of the mem car while the sun is out.
This is not my favourite Lazer body shape, but I figured I´d have to have at least one.
Colours are mustard yellow and white. I think this one will need stickers.
This overspray wrap stuff is pretty cool! Last body I painted was waaaaay back in the day. That's why most of my stuff is sitting here on the shelf clear. Figured I'd give it a shot, came out ok. The tamiya tape works great! I do cheat and use a...

Yup, I've used the blue stuff before. I never cared for it but it was probably more my lack of proper preparation. I would always get seepage (gigity)
Now I actually wash the body down and seal the edges real tight. I also use a heat gun to cure...
