This runner has a rc channel kit with shocks,

Ready 19t mod motor, Tekin G9 speedie, Super Shot Under guard,

DF03 wheels with losi rubber.

Still to come is a steering rack.

Well i have had this for a while now.

I have 2 restored Hot Shot 2's and moded Super Shot. So i wanted this Hot Shot to be different .

It's a Re re with a Rc Channel full metal upgrade arms and their shock kit was ordered as well.

Alloy sway...

Guys for nexy yr the Venom vintage festival has made a few changes to the Hot Shot class. All will be running the whizzy silver 540 motor :lol:

You have to run oval block tires (Hot Shot) . No Grip tires not Supper Grippers. :lol:

Almost finished my Super Shot.

Just wondering what tire /Rim package you are running.

Ive come up with a 5 spoke 2.2 rims with hex drive shod with losi studs.

Gives a little more clearance for max lock with bell crank steering Mod.

Ive recently purchased a pair of Tamiya old school uni's from dave but was wondering if there are any modern CVD's that are around for the above mentioned cars?

I'm no expert on the HotShot by any means but I do know that RC Lohas are producing some cvds for the front. It might be worth checking with them to see whether they fit the standard HotShot as well as their red HotShot. See here:

This is my Vintage racer for an upcoming event in a couple of weeks, I don't think I could have picked a worse race car, lol. I only picked the Hotshot because it was cheap and I needed something to fill in a second class. I hate silver can racing...

I'm thinking of buying a new Hot Shot as a runner. I have never ran one and I just want to try it out. The buggy always sparked my interest!
