Cool stuff. I was going to do a bunch of stuff like a roof rack to my pajero. but I've rolled it a million times so now dont think I want too. maybe if I get a second body. One for trying to crawl over retarded things and up mountains..

Yeah we are doing that currently but looking at a large shear. Also might try a air power shear or nibbler, but that creates more waste.

We all know about the mainstream stuff needed for racing, but everyone list your secret, or just good ideas. It might help everyone to see what people are doing outside their own track. Mine is no secret, but just a good idea(in my opinion anyway)....

When I ran my Bolink I had a snap-on motor heat sink with a cap that you could add a small amount of liquid to help cooling. Can't remember who made it but on the grid I used to make a show of adding Slurpee ice to it before racing.

Been doing a lot of searching up and down the net for 12th scale bodies for my 12e rebuild and coming up with very few choices but one thing I noticed was modern bodies (GTP in particular) appear to be very low slung bodies to fit the modern pan...

Are 1/8 scale shock too big for a 1/10 scale buggy?
Has anyone done this? Or has a 1/8 shocks to test on a RC10 or other?

Well, my thought are more along the lines of putting 1/8 scale buggy shock on something like an RC10Truck. Some of these 1/8 shock are more or less the same length as rear 1/10 and If I make a solid aluminum chassis for a truck it might get heavy...
