I got this in a bundle of Losi JRX2 parts from a mate.... there were a few odd Schumacher parts too including this.
Looks to be tricky to adjust??
I thought the Tufnol ones were the brown spurs.... the Wasp Delrin slipper gears look like this...DerbyDan wrote:Also @ incredibly serious - did these use the Tufnell spurs?... I have a few of those - I also have the adaptor to use them as a fixed gear on the Losi too.
Learned something new, didn't realise they made a slipper for the standard Schuie shaft.... Cheers Alex, something else for me to look out for...Incredible_Serious wrote:I had two Wasps that I sold years ago - one was for the MMS shaft, and the other was designed to fit on the stock Schumacher diameter non-slipper layshaft.

Alex
Is that an oring between the pulleys ???minichamps11 wrote:The Wasp slipper fitted their own layshafts, usually white machined from solid Nylon. I've got one fitted to my carbon tub Lazer ZX-R and a 2nd one spare. Their advertising made a feature of the ability to replace the spur gear without changing the slipper settings due to the use of an adaptor ring - see below.
Cheers,
