Optima Mid Custom Find
I came across this Optima Mid Custom recently on craigslist the seller got this when he was kid and used it a few times in his driveway but lost interest so it has been sitting in a closet ever since. The seller had it listed for 45.00 even though I would have gladly paid 5 or 6 times that the picker in me decided to barder with the seller so final price was 35.00. The condition is great though it will need new shocks do to leaking which I have plenty of this style it will also need new rear tires do to the seller installing hot shot tires from his brothers hot shot and using the optima rears on his brothers hot shot which was gone already the body would have been in great shape except for the crappy paint job the undertray doesn't show any use and the 2 new sets of front tires and original decals are a bonus. My plans for this is to grab a new body from marwan and do a box art paint job.

I was hoping that there was a chance, although as remote as me building an RC10, that maybe either a 4WD or Optima in the name would bring to you to the dark side.

Crazy score, Chris!
I always looks through the ads on various supermarkets, online selling spots in .se, talking to friends of friends trying to make a score..
The closest I ever got was a Lazer ZX that I paid 40 bucks for, but then again;
That is lightyears away from this one!
Congratulations!
