Kyosho Optima Mid and Custom
Hi as I have mentioned I took some pics of my restored Mid Optima
Body Shell - I just painted it with white color and put the decals for simplicity
and here are the tires im about to use
This parts were taken after cleaning the chassis. you will notice that some parts are still rusty as my fingers are already numb.
( thanks to sir Marc for the bumper and front shocks )

Looking good - astute tires are a good replacement for OT66

Re: Kyosho Optima Mid
Here is my Optima Mid Custom
I will start this project once the parts that I've ordered will reach our door
side view (need to replace some screws to ballnuts)
front view (missing rear plate L )
back view (need to replace turnbuckles)
parts that I have
Hoping the Tamiya tires will fit nicely (waiting for the wheels)
I'm still undecided for the body shell color scheme, as painting is not my cup of tea

Yes they do look great! I'm going to have to obtain a set of those for my next Mid project. I put the other Pargu rims on my first one :Lonestar wrote:Looking like a good start - need to get started on mine too, my very own from my teenage years! I have all it requires to get onboard, but time
