Is the composite SE chassis shorter than the JRX Pro graphite chassis?

No. In fact you can make it longer using the lxt mounting
holes .

Thanks. I just won a nip composite craft upper stiffner. I noticed at the last second it was for a pro se. I think I'm just going to drill some holes in the stock pro chassis to make it work. The only thing is I'll need a few of the chassis stays to screw the two chassis plates together. Anyone know of some that are the proper length that will work?

I think they are 1" standoffs, but as I don't have a set cannot be for sure.. You can probably find something at the LHS, or order from McMasterCarr.
