My 6 year old daughters new carpet racer an Kyosho Lazer ZXR
Well since she had some complains about the Schumacher XLS http://proxy1.pixbox.se/arkivet/synligt_36/32160000-32169999/640x480/32167670.jpg?0
The wing was a abit battered and yellow the 32 pitch gears makes it a bit noisy and the body was white and it didnt look like her sisters RC10
When i was home i started to fix an zxr i had laying around bought years ago.
Replaced the old worn goldies with some equalizer shocks bought an upperdeck, gearbox brace, battey brace and shock towers from fibrelyte. Mounted some nice looking wheels and blue wheel nuts
Looks rather good still missing the body but i´ll get one from bluegroove.
I´ll guess it wont be white

looks good. I love to see younger kids taking an interest in RC.
when you get the body let her paint it. my kids take great pride in the ones on the shelf that they painted themselves.
the water-based paints are perfect for kids to do on their own with a little guidance.

How well does she drive? I've started my 6yr old daughter on driving my Blackfoot Xtreme. She does well except for the heavy trigger finger in forward and reverse. LOL!

Not so good for the first lap but when i told her to take it slow and not let go of the steering wheel things started to happen. This one will be easier to drive the cat was a bit difficult to drive.RichieRich wrote:How well does she drive? I've started my 6yr old daughter on driving my Blackfoot Xtreme. Her one year older sister is doing really well.
The best thing is that i have to get spares and upgrades even if they dont need just because of the fun and build cars.

Just put on the window mask and let her paint, it would be an awesome paintjob. And she wills never complaints about her car…

Re: My 6 year old daughters new carpet racer an Kyosho Lazer
so much white...
HAving had my all-white triumph body in hands earlier this week, it suddenly strikes me how much these 2 bodies resemble each other. The only other car in kyoshos gamma that is slightly in the same style is the rampage (or outrage? I keep missing them names up).
Do you know if they were done by the same designer?
