Re: BROKEN COLLAR BONE
Broke mine when I was around 14 on my BMX bike. Just needed to wear a sling/brace.

Re: BROKEN COLLAR BONE
this xray looks like the bones are farther apart.. this xray is on a angle .. they put the xray machine about 1 foot off the floor and angle it up to the collar bone.. so if you were 1 foot tall and had xray vision this it how it would look..

Re: BROKEN COLLAR BONE
yea i told the dr if he plans on saying i need an operation i will be geting 2 other opinions first. i hear 80-95% heal without operation. i just want to find out as much as i can from other people before i go back.. another thing that would make me feel better if someone was like,"hey man i saw your xray and it looked just like my xray when i broke mine, you should be fine my healed without a operation "klavy69 wrote:To me it looks like its gonna be sore for a long time no matter whatlongboardnj wrote:i always feel like drs are like service managers at car dealers just wanting to do service people dont need just to get $$$... I wouldn't think twice about taking your x-rays to a family dr. if you have one and getting a second opinion. If the dr. has a problem with it...thats his problem but most of the time if they are in the right they wouldn't have any qualms about letting another dr. back up their beliefs.
