Re: U215A Cougar gear cover
I am in talks with 8rad about him lending me a gear cover for moulding, once I have it I will post up some pics and mould some for other forum members if there is interest.
If in doubt go flat out!

Re: U215A Cougar gear cover
If you guys need the 'WORKS' lexan gear cover I can tell you that a member here has the mold and can make repops at will. Look up 'BUGLE' (Thomas) here in Australia. He has made me a few already

Re: U215A Cougar gear cover
In case you are not aware, the "Works" cover and the original Cougar cover are different. So who's going to track him down! lol
However, I think the works cover will fit the non works gearbox with a little creative cutting.
Correct me if I am wrong Jason.

Re: U215A Cougar gear cover
Just to let you know I have had this PM back from Bugle ref Cougar gear cover:
Hi Mark
I've still got the mould for it, I just kept having problems with the inner half of the cover not forming properly.
I've gotten better at vac forming since my last attempts so i'll try it again hopefully in the next few days and see how I go.
cheers
Thomas
