TQ10... IN DISGUISE

Post by asashaw »

just got this, its a tq10. :D chassis is better than expected, and should shine up fine w/da sandpaper. any ideas on how to recoat it? gelcoat? anyways the tires are brand new not glued to the wheels and should make a nice addition to my new segment of the hobby, rock crawling! after i restore the chassis itself i will install all period correct factory parts. it even has the rare black anodized (non-stealth) transmission mount in great shape

as for the rest of the parts... EBAY JUNK!

thanks for looking and any help is appreciated :)

Shoot the chassis with krylon triple thick clear and sand it back with 600 and then 1200. Looks like "the rest of the parts" except for the bellcranks and axles (and wheels/tires) are the right stuff for a 2nd gen TQ10.

Nice. 8)
