WOW! . I actually never said anything about French Canadians eating rats, only the French. And the French do eat rats (river rats anyways), I saw it on a cooking show recently. Not there is anything wrong with it. It was a "loose connection", and not meant to offend, only to mildly aggitate, ambroil, and amuse (us non-rat eaters anyways). Besides, "Deserats" was a good one. -Jeff
