I say find some white HPI 5 spoke wheels and paint the center to match the red plastics you already have.

@ losixxxman - The red parts were indeed painted with Krylon Fusion.

She is done.... and gone to her new home. The car was always intended to be my "Thank You" to Jim Campbell the owner and president of TEKIN. Presented the RC10 complete with a custom made stand to Jim at the 2012 Tekin Indoor Showdown this weekend.

TEKIN supported us in a huge way when we first opened up in 2009 and I am long overdue in showing my appreciation. RC isn't just a business for the TEKIN crew and it shows in the quality of their products and their support of grass-roots racing all the way up to national and worldwide events. They are great peeps.

Pretty sad man! I didnt even see the hooters girls through the RC10 goggles till they were mentioned.

I need to go to RC Anonymous.

Seriously cool car!

Two thumbs up for doing an AWESOME job with the RC10, and for it being a token of appreciation for the people that have had your back. That says alot! Great job! What was the guy's reaction when he saw the 10?

Thanks everyone.

@ esaresky75 - The shocks are standard issue vintage RC10 with a few mods. The bodies are painted black and clear coated, the caps are Associated bleeders, the shafts are MRP (Thunder Tiger) golds and the springs are internal. 8)

@ ptlcb1 - He was very appreciative. It meant alot that he had it displayed for all the Podium pictures. His message on Facebook:
Tekin Prez Awesome! The time and detail that went into this is impressive. The car is A+ classic. Thank you

One of these days I'll have to build one of these for myself. Of all the RC10's I have (and I have a few), I don't have a single one all restored or with a decent painted body. :(

Peeking out on the left side of this pic is the RC10 displayed in the Tekin Booth at the RCX Expo this weekend. Very cool that they took it along and displayed it in their booth.
