Thanks a lot
GJW !
I am still working on the SE body but it will be done later today. I am thrilled because then I have all three short wheelbase (SWB) models painted

Yey! Finally done painting the other body and decals is on! I have the SE box as you can see
I painted them in a slightly different color tone as you may see in the picture on both car at once. I wanted the SE a bit more "orange" toned.
Now I just have to practice painting text on tires...
Cheers

At first glance it looks like they are sitting on a Tamiya rug.

Never thought of but you are right. It's a Pappelina Viggo Star rug from Sweden

Fantastic!!!!
I'd love to own those, you must be very proud.
Those mid's are the only other cars (apart from the Losi XX series) that really captivate me as it was this era that I started racing all those years ago. I remember dribbling over the catalog with these cars in when I was a kid. The fact you have done box-art is just awesome!
Would you mind if I asked you to take some high res pics of all three on a white background? Would love to have that as a wallpaper on my mac!
Hats off sir!
