What are these old 12s based on...

Post by j.costick »

Hi all,

I have these chassis plates - the RC12E ones are obvious, but any idea what the others maybe based on?

Thanks V12... Not much Google info on them... :(
It looks like one of the home made chassis plates is replicating it...
I'd be interested in finding some decent pics to see what it'll take to rebuild.

Sorry, actually I should know.
Yes it is a Suspension Panther chassis so you need also the matching t-bar, radioplate and bumper.
Most other parts were borrowed from the Lightning 2000 car but using black colour instead of the original blue.
Wheels were also the yellow Parma wheels, not used by any other brand.

Yes these are Parma wheels. No, I don´t have a Panther. So if you don´t want completing this lonely chassis ...... just trying.

Ah haaa, I would love to complete this lonely chassis, it's just a matter of if I ever will...

I seem to have a selection of parts from some pretty rare cars, just no complete original cars except RC12's.

V12 - are you Gunther?
