All the Losi XX front bulkheads that I've seen have either been black or natural (white). If it's grey, then it could be from a particular 'odd' batch or somebody has dyed it that colour.

Is it NIP or loose? Do yo have a photo you can post?

The white version was standard in the XX-CR onwards if I remember correctly.

I think it's probably just one of those Losi production anomalies - any of the parts that are made from the softer non-'stiffizel' material seem to appear in different shades from time to time, from ball ends & shock collers/bottoms to steering bell cranks.

With regard to the 'white' bulkhead, I have both a CR Kinwald & a CR Truck but neither came with the white part & I don't remember there being a white bulkhead on the CR I built for a mate Bitd?

Hmmm....not seen that colour varition before.

I could be wrong about the white bulkhead and the XX-CR but I'm fairly sure that a white one was included in the XX-CR that I built a few years ago.....interesting though!

I bought a XX CR Kinwald on Craigslist 2 weeks ago that was only 90% built (with box, manuals and uncut sticker sheet!) and it has a white bulkhead. That said, it also had gray (teflon) shock bodies on it too. Not sure how this kit ended up with either of those updates. I know that no XX vehicle EVER had gray shocks but wasn't sure about the bulkhead.

The grey colour of the bulkhead looks similar to the colour of the graphite chassis components so it wouldn't look out of place on a Graphite/ Kinwald build! Anything like this planned....?

They are already built, raced and put away dirty years ago. :D
