I used to run the xxxcr and it's a great car once you get the hang of tuning it, the biggest thing to getting it to turn is you have to weigh the front end down as much as you can. When I raced mine I pulled the front skid plate off and stuffed that cavity full of lead, then put some more around the servo, I can't remember how much exactly but it was a decent amount. Once you do that it handles pretty good and is easy to tune. I haven't driven the 22 so I can't comment on how it compares (sold the xxxcr because I moved across the country and couldn't find a local track until recently)
