I kinda thought that at first, although I've never heard of it, but the missing decal below the first one made me curious. Thanks.

Altech is a sub/partner company of MRC. But alot of MRC's stuff from back in the day was made by Futaba for MRC. And some of Futab's esc's had an external fuse like that. Does the bottom come off? Maybe have a peek inside the case for any signs or markings?
I did find a pic of one mounted in an old Avante though that also had a MRC radio.
