There are three different size Team Yokomo options for the rear of your 870C or Team Associated/Yokomo imported YZ10. The front wheels for the 870C also have a different off set compared to the newer "Works" cars. If wanted, I can show you that as well.
Nice set of rims Aaron. I have never seen the Roar versions in the pink colour. Very nice.

Thanks Vin! Took awhile to find some of these.
Below I also have a set of the Stock front wheels in comparison to a set of the Roar 2.15 inch front wheels with the correct off set for the 870C.
I'm not sure that the 2.2 inch versions exist, but I would have to think so.
Wow Aaron you defiantly have a few sets of new wheels ......and knowledge of vintage yokomo/associated too. I'm not as knowledgable, so I kind of cheated and found a blog that has good info on old yokomo wheels. Hope this might help with some that are in the hunt for a certain yoke wheel http://59burst.blogspot.com/2010/12/wheels-and-tires-for-yz-834b.html

He is also a Freind of mine, fellow member of RC10Talk and all around great guy!
I've been having a bit of a clear out and came across a set of nip wheels that came with a battered up works 91 i picked up about 18 months ago for parts. The fronts are ZC-800 narrow fronts, not sure about the rears as they are missing the header card. After reading this thread am i right in thinking these are too early to be for a works car? and is there an easy way to find out what the rears are? thanks
The 1.9/ 2" wheels are for the front and rear of the 870/early yz10...i think it then went to 2.1 for 91 and then 2.2 for the 93 works models( there is another thread somewhere on here with this info)...as you go up the models the offset in the wheels gets shallower too and is pretty much gone by the 93 due to the much wider arms and smaller hubs used..thats why u can slap the JC rims on the later models...u can do this for the earlier ones but u have to play around with different size hubs...i have tried it all..believe me...many times...i think in the end i went back to the standard rims on the 870's as i lost a centimetre ot two on the overall width of the wheel base..it will work but just make sure the front and rear widths of your wheel base are the same otherwise your car will roll alot easier if the rear is not as wide as the front...again i found out the hard way......also with smaller wheels u may lose some top end speed but i run 9t brushless and gear the pinons/spurs right down and its still very quick...thats enough of my ramblin..hope it helps...
To so of you guys this might not be much, but this is an extremely rare chassis. This is an original DELTA chassis for the original Yokomo 834b...... I think you have to into the obscure stuff to really appreciate it, but I was totally BLOWN AWAY...

Hi Jay,
Did you get through to Delta then? Can they help you out with parts?
I emailed a couple of times and got no reply :( , it must be good living in the states and being able to just pick up the phone and call the old manufacturers.
It seems like the old 3 piece RC10T wheels were pretty solid, and the feature of not having to glue them would be desirable, why are they so rare now? Seems like ebay searching only turns up a few sets that are pretty expensive. Oddly, front 3 piece...

I have my new one piece wheels that fit great but have an interesting issue. My 11/32nds socket won't tighten the rear wheel nuts (asc6296) quite tight enough on account of the angle of the cone shape of the wheel and the small width of the nut. The...
Well, Im a very happy boy today! happen to be browsing the net last week and contacted a guy on a forum about a YZ10 shell he had a picture of, after a few emails turns out he had 2 nip which I was shocked at seeing as they are so rare. 1 is a works...

I remember the arguments that started sprouting up about lipo's being too light and this being a problem. For me I'd rather add weight where the car needs it rather than just where the battery rests.
We have got it soo good now.
I wasn't sure exactly where to put this, but I wanted to know if there are/were any wheel adapters available that would make it possible to mount the old-style Yokomo 4WD wheels on a B44? Team Suzuki, Hot Trick, etc.?
