Andys painted body for Losi?

Did they ship junior-T kits with pre-pained bodies? Did andy's do the custom painted bodies for losi?
I see in the 1993 price list they have a "custom painted" version of all of the bodies that were available at the time.
The auction seems like a good deal $111 shipped, I hope it is complete.

It's an Andy's... it's signed on the right side front fender.
