you still need to file a Non paying bidder complaint against the high bidder so that you can recover the final value fees

i gotta agree if i am losing a auction ill sometimes spend my money elsewhere thinking i am not going to win anymore and not even pay attention to the auction.. especially since its so high... if you dont come through with a buyer let me know i may be interested..
