YZ10 Pavidis
YZ10 Pavidis
2nd new edition to the family is this little beauty, very happy to have got hold of it. Due to cash flow constraints theres nothing really planned for her for now. Strip down and clean, source a body set and a set of rear wheels (got a front pair already). Enjoy the pics, and if anyone can help identify the shocks too.....

Re: YZ10 Pavidis
Thanks Stickboy, the shocks look quite at home on the car. The front shock tower's obviously been replaced at some time due to the different carbon weave, but that can be replaced in time hopefully. I also really like the red anno on the alloy top deck posts, cone washers and wing mounts...funny how its always the small details that get you!

Replace most of the metal with blue anodised parts. You'll have something closer to a Pavadis replica if that is what you desire.
Re: YZ10 Pavidis
Quick update on this chassis. The cars been stripped and cleaned down since it arrived with me. Its now sporting a new set of wheels and a new set of 2" schumacher mini spikes. Final new arrival is the new rear wing i managed to get hold of. Now all i need to do is come up with a fitting design for the bodyshell!

Very cool! Where did you get those red center posts from? Are they for a YR4 variant, or did you have the original parts re-anodized?

Check these out; they're available in over a dozen lengths, with 3mm threaded holes. I imagine one of them would do the trick.stickboy007 wrote:Very cool! Where did you get those red center posts from? Are they for a YR4 variant, or did you have the original parts re-anodized?
