Anybody have pics of the Protech 2 body? I can't remember what it looks like, and Tower has the wrong pic up online.

Oh, okay now I remember that body. Thanks Hoopty. I don't know why Tower replaced it's picture with the sprint car picture.

I tried searching and didn't come up with what I was looking for, so... For anyone who has an original body and the new re-pop protech's, what are the main differences?? Are they thicker? Any help would be Great!

Hey guys, I just got an Associated Protech body from Tower Hobbies and couldn't help but notice that it was not very clear. It almost has a foggy look to it. Is this how they come now? I have some older Protech bodies and they are much clearer. Any...

The guy at the hobby shop said that you can use any lacquer to cover the fastcolor. I washed the body real well, but I didn't let it sit for very long after applying the fastcolor. I only allowed the fastcolor time to fully dry. Thanks for the help....

Ever seen this one before? looks like a protech but with a whale tale in the rear of the body. Not saying it's pretty, just never seen it. Custom job? I can't see any lines on the body to suggest it added on, unless it's in the mold.

Found one on amazon for about 8 bucks and awaiting its delivery. I am putting it on the aftermarket graphite. Going through black and cherry red paint sceams in my head already. Probably going to order one for the original graphite later. I know it...

hi me again does any one know where or if these are still available?

I was out racing today and one of the guys said i should think about gluing my tyres as they can run of the rims. has anyone ever had these problems ?

My Protech body arrived today.
I cut along the trim lines,but it don't wanna fit my RC10...Especially at the front-it's miles away from meeting the front body post.
Can someone post a photo of a trimmed Protech so I can get an idea of what I have to...

I just got my bodies in today. did the original ones have the part number molded in the rear?
Now it has cd8321 on the right rear side. The trim line is very distinct which I do not recall, although it has been about 2 years since I had an uncut...

seems strange, i'm sure if you bought it, it would be the new edition. i've bought a bit of stuff off this guy and he's a decent seller but i know he sells new stock, very rarely vintage.
