They are Kyosho CB series shocks either 88 or 89 (I can't remember which is long) and they have the CRP collar kit which replaced the upper and lower spring retainers. The CRP versions have two grub screws and the Kyosho collars have one.

The shocks are Kyosho 'reds' either CB88's or CB89's (I cannot remember which is the long one) that does not refer to a year but the Kyosho code for the length and type of the shock.
