So I have a set of rear rpm carriers for RC10T/GT and im gonna get the bearings but AvidRC gives me 2 options, 3/16x1/2 metal and 3/16x1/2 revolution which are better?

And I have an original white stealth tranny and dont want to dye it black, can I...

the revolution bearings have a rubber sheild on one side and a metal sheild on the other (if i remember correctly).
Thats correct... I just bought $40 worth. The rubber side goes towards the elements.

I just got this new 6565 Stealth trans case yesterday, bought off of eBay. The plastic is different, a lighter color than the beige ones.

The cases have a severe warp, not cool at all. I'm really bummed out about this. I'll not buy a bunch of them...

Heysguys im new to vintage rc hobby, but i wanna build old rc20t but i keep seeing old MIP tranny cases in different colors (flourecent yelow ,blue,etc) but cant seem to find them any hell woukd be great

Question and looking for insight from the experts.

Are the b2 and or b3 stealth tranny cases a direct drop-in installation on a B-stamp Stealth buggy (94ce)?

I ask because it takes a rectangular cut to get a b4 in there and I'm not sure I can...

That's why, Barry has nothing to do with that side of the Hyperdrive cars- only the carbon cutting as far as production goes. All the other parts are GFRP/Malicoat and you can always make the 2.40 tranny fit by putting 2 .020 spacers under the rear...

I got my worlds today so I figured it would be a good time to figure out wtf Associated did. I have three scenarios all played out

-stock worlds case and idler
-6565 case with worlds idler and extra bearings

I'm in the middle of building a worlds car too. Mine seemed to have a bad top shaft. I put one in from an old T4 transmission I had laying around and viola! Smooth operation.

Overall, I'm a little disappointed at the quality of the materials...
