Another "What's it worth" question
Hi all,
I've stumbled upon an NIP MIP 4-10 chain tensioner. Does anyone know what it's worth? I tried to find something on eBay for reference but came up with nothing. Thanks!

Re: Another "What's it worth" question
Is it the red chain one or the white little one that sits on the servo? Or do you mean the little thingy with the bearing that goes on the rear bulkhead?

Re: Another "What's it worth" question
That would be for the chain drive version then. The legend kit used all white parts.

we all do... it would be sweeeet for somebody to machine some delrin repros...Asso_man! wrote:I urgently need the white one that sits on the servo![]()
btw the red tensioner was also used on the pre-legend belt kits. they are basically the same setup as the chain drive, but with the belt and different wippets. (are they wippets or am i having a nitrous flashback?)

What do the white ones look like? if it's worthwhile, my neighbor would machine some.badhoopty wrote:

I love those whipets. My whip cream maker uses them.
Re: Another "What's it worth" question
thanks for the pictures adam, it looks great, just what i needed.
here is a picture of the white one guys, and a black one. i am missing the extra belt guide for the white one (compare the pictures). you use servo tape to hold them on top of the servo. they are both part of my cars and not for sale, i just can't commit to mounting them

Re: Another "What's it worth" question
I've contacted a place around here about making them out of Nylatron. I have one that they can use to draft it up.
