I like surprises (Graphite Team Car inside)
I also like to gamble, on hobby stuff anyway. I saw this auction and it had nobody watching it so I did my thing.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Two-Novak-radio-control-cars-for-Parts-and-Rebuilders-2-controllers-and-books-/191907018763?_trksid=p2047675.l2557&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&nma=true&si=2K27osFI8dX625EhyDBOi5zAJZw%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc
It all came in today. I was right, Graphite Team Car in great shape (after the dust was knocked off). The other monstrosity? Some caddy turned truck thing. They both came with old Novak ESCs, futaba servos, radios, and receivers. This is how they came.
Pretty clean bottom
The previous owner had a bunch of articles xeroxed and saved. This was before the internet for you whippersnappers. He even had a track sketched out.
I got the graphite one all torn down and most of the parts cleaned. Definitely happy with this purchase.
It also came with a cut but unpainted body. No holes either. Needs a bath though.

Nice Work!
I love it when the seller has a poorly worded description.
Just waiting for a dedicated RC10 fan to find them.
There are still bargains to be had!
Cheers, Dave.

Meeeeeeee too!
My only dilemma is about the parts. They were all dyed black. I don't know if I should just use them or replace them with white parts. Finding the parts will be easy, hell I have them on other cars. I'm just impatient and want to put it back together NOW! It's definitely going on the shelf.
