I think those are ROH73's. I bought a couple of sets and will be using them on an upcoming project. old thread, but the new scorpion 2014 shock collars fit the old red ultima shocks. part number sc222-03. they are on ebay for like $4 or on the kyosho website. the tree also has a couple of pieces that look like the old rubber bushings and fit in the stopper/cap like the old rubber bushings, but they don't hold oil in the shock.

just use these Tamiya #42137 ~ Competetion O-Rings for Oil Dampers i have rebuild a set of baby golds for my Gallop and they work great and don't leak.
