I think those are ROH73's. I bought a couple of sets and will be using them on an upcoming project. They're very nicely made.

old thread, but the new scorpion 2014 shock collars fit the old red ultima shocks. part number sc222-03. they are on ebay for like $4 or on the kyosho website. the tree also has a couple of pieces that look like the old rubber bushings and fit in the stopper/cap like the old rubber bushings, but they don't hold oil in the shock.

just use these Tamiya #42137 ~ Competetion O-Rings for Oil Dampers i have rebuild a set of baby golds for my Gallop and they work great and don't leak.
