Need to get back on this one sometime.
Pit Stop chain drive.
I have to say, I almost forgot about this kit. It was one of the last kits my dad and I put together. I did a one off Yokomo kit that never went to market. I finished it up mid afternoon on a Friday, took it to the track with zero testing and put it on the pole that night. At the start of the A-Main I went to turn the car on and the switch broke and I was too pissed off to just splice the wires together and packed it up for the night...but that car hauled ass. That and the Landgraff car I received shortly after were a couple of the last cars I ran before going RC10 racing with Checkpoint as my sponsor. I quit about 2 years later.
Hi All
Have a few questions about a conversion kit I found.
It's an RCH oval conversion kit.
Anybody ever heard of it?
Anybody use one back in the day?
Any pics of one built?
I will ad a pic later of the kit I have.
Thanks
Mike

Here's the pics, sorry it took so long camera software issues.
I think I have most of the hardware, problem is the bag had a few holes in it.
When I get a chance I will try to figure out how to scan and upload the manual and color ad, it has parts...
Here is my RC10. I picked it up from a hobby store about a year ago for $20. I just took it off the shelf about I month ago and decided to run it instead of my T4.
We race at a couple different tracks. During the summer we run on an...
Ok, so figured I'd make an official thread dedicated to getting this thing dialed this season. The goal is to points race at Victory RC in Fulton, NY with a RC10. I haven't been able to do this due to the military and deployments. Pretty much why I...

So they run direct-drive and gearbox in the same class? That seems unfair. Get yourself an old direct-drive TrackMaster or JCAR tranny and show them what the old girl can do.
Anybody have this part on a RR?
Not looking like it wants to fit with the cutout on the body.
I can space it out so the body clears, but the shocks are forward of the cutout.
Also any pics of the Race Prep Dual shock kit mounted?

It should fit with the stock RR body. I modified one to mount a larger shock in. But like Y'ernat said, if you were running one of these you were also probably running a cut down lexan RR body also. What you'll find when modifying your SRB is that...
Does anyone have a scan (or could do me the favor to scan) the fitting instruction sheet that came with some of the rear anti-roll bars kits for the SRB, made by CRP and RCH?

Anyone have a rear kit for sale for the RC10 classic, or the dimensions and I will bend one at the local fab shop.
When I was a young racer I would build carpet and dirt oval cars all the time. I recently revisited the good ol' days and built a few. The EDM car has a Kipps body, Speedy's shock towers, RPM ball bearing steering and rear body mount! It is the...

the upstairs oval has been gone for a couple years. they installed batting cages.
they did put a small road course layout on the remaining area that wasn't covered. but, they only run the 1/16-1/18 scale up there. i guess their getting...
