Let me guess...you cannot use a hard final gear for the vintage Optima on the re-re, right?

Correct. Vintage Optima uses M0.8 (32dp) while re-re uses 48dp gears.

The difficulty of finding parts for the old Opimas is preventing my Optimas running like they should
