Kyosho Le Mans Speed 240T 16x2 and a spare Speed Gems Onyx 14x2.
The 240T runs like a top. The Onyx came in the mail the other day and its endbell made fireworks when initially putting juice to it. Inspected it and found worn out brushes that were stuck was all. So now runs great after a quick cleaning and new brushes, and turns 29,600 rpm at 7.2 volts.

Seems I have to get some better friends.....cas22 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 17, 2022 2:25 am RC10 T4, Collected off an old race friend whose kids weren't interested.
Didn't appreciate the sheer volume of spares he had with it, titanium tie rods, diff parts, 6 sets of suspension arms, boxes full of screws and bearings, slipper parts etc.
Not sure where to start as there are easily enough bits to make a B4 as well, Futaba 4PKS Radio, Hitec servo, cuple of new in plastic LiPo's few sets of tyres, Charger, factory team shocks etc, bits just kept on coming.
Osiris is the key.

This one will be on the back burner for a while, too many started projects and not enough finished, couldn't pass on the bargain though.

I was watching that 240T. I wasn't familiar with that model. Glad it went to a good home.

It's the "Le Mans Speed" motors which were released in 1989. Been searching for this one for quite awhile. Now I have bothFrankentruck wrote: ↑Wed Aug 17, 2022 4:33 pm I was watching that 240T. I wasn't familiar with that model. Glad it went to a good home.

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
Got some speed controllers, a G plug receiver, and some various wiring.
The Tekin Rebel and the wiring were all extras that the seller just included.
Even though the receiver is clearly a 4 channel airplane model, it has a tag saying that it's 75mhz. Odd.

Ah yes, I remember that mechanical speed control from running my RC10 in Production way back when. Good times!

I powered up the receiver and found some old G plug servos, it works with my 75mhz surface transmitters.
