Masami '91 replica-like his reedy race car in the scan archive? Custom battery holder and all-should be sweet.

Also, I found this pic on the grandson site and thought it was too cool to pass up- a '91 world's stealth w/rc10t rear arms and unswept front arms  : http://rc10b4.com/forum/showpost.php?p=129177&postcount=88

No, no I'm not that close to it, but it's the track to go to LOL! I'm probably gonna be heading down there and to pegasus for parts though in a couple of weeks and fight with all the Christmas shoppers. Personally I like socal when I run 1/10, but sometimes it's not worth dealing with the traffic.

Let's set up a track day so we can go test the cars. I'll be ready by next weekend. I'll be using new tires, the newre prolines. The originals got hard and it's not worth wasting.

Here is an updated photo of the car now. I decided to use the graphite AE chassis and used the 6 gear tranny.

I think you are refering to Duratrax shocks, and believe they are still onsale. Tower hobbies used to carry them.

Duratrax shocks? In my best comic book guy impression, "Worst. Shocks. Ever."

I think I could break them just by looking at them. And, they leak all over the place.

I guess it must not have been duratrax then after all.
I never had any; only had the real kyosho gold shocks.
The duratrax ones look really as aclone on the pctures and when I saw this post, well my honest mistake.
