New Clear body compared to Cadillac Body

Post by GreenBar0n »

Got a pair of the new bodies today.

Next to Cadillac era body.

It's not as sleek as the old style.

The front window profile isn't the same.

Wing and window masks.

Not a huge fan of the new design, sorry to say. I'll cut it out and see if it gets better.

The one you are calling a Cadillac is actually a Viper body, completely different and two generations newer than the original Protech. The Cadillac era could have been a Protech, Protech II or Viper but the Protech II and Viper were on CE and Team vehicles where the Protech was on the short arm cars. I'll throw in Sidewinder as well but it was only on what TQ10

That said, there have been some comparisons between the original Protech and the rerere Protech, it seems to be from a different mold.
It's time to stand up to the bully. Support the companies that support the industry, not the ones that tear it down. Say no to Traxxas

Thanks for the clarification, was not sure what I had.

Were the wings different for each of those three body's?

Thanks again!
