Ever seen a Ryuz???
Found this while trawling for interesting articles.... what you'd get if a Cat and a Mini Mustang met together in the Nikko factory, I suspect....

Re: Ever seen a Ryuz???
I'm quite sure Graupner sold this under their name in Germany at one point too.
I think it's the first time i see anything under the shell of it, though something blurry tells me it could have figured in RCCA once.

Re: Ever seen a Ryuz???
It is indeed a mugen.
Ryuz was a shop in Japan (no longer in business). They produced parts for various cars, a bit like RPS was doing in the States. Japanese Mugen 'works' drivers were running Ryuz parts.
I recall the Ryuz shop made once a FWD 2wd buggy that was posting faster lap times than Hirosaka's RC10 at the Japanese Nats ('91 or '92 I believe).
I think I have pictures of that car somewhere...

I have a set of Ryuz Aluminum driveshafts for the YZ10 so they were still going in the mid nineties. Beautifully made
