It really makes me wonder what this might catch...... it is too cool being one of the earliest Futaba's I have seen and NIB. I would have a hard time parting with it.

Great price. The Radio looks to be in really good shape I can see why some one wanted it.

Here is another of your auctions that I think is getting a crazy price.

I have no idea on the actual date, but it from the 1970s. I haven't seen anything older with the Futaba tag on it, but I am not Futaba expert either.

Congrats

Isn't the new viper exactly the same as the old one so you're just getting a bloody expensive old school header card?

That's me bidding on it bugle, all my other cars have original bodies apart from my team car. personally i have a target of what i'm building and i have NO intention of compromising on any of it. i've learnt that living in the uk you HAVE to be prepared to spend whatever necessary to grab things you want cos they dont always come around again.

It's all relative though MrLexan our fuel is now hitting $2.60 a liter  and that has a knock on to all of our products prices

But it's not really a compromise when the new body is exactly the same once the protective film comes off? Dunno how it could be worth twice what a discontinued Protech 2 goes for!
