That's the tech mark. Epoxy or unique nail polish

When I first got Brian's 1995 Yokomo WCS it had a bump on the right side of the chassis, eventually I realized it was an epoxy resin paint (someone had painted over it) and was a very unique color (high metallic light blue at the 95 worlds)

I updated the sheet with 25deg blocks and change the front tube spacers from 2mm to 1mm
Consistency is the key I keep misplacing.
