Konich'sRC10
Well I recieved my gold pan RC10 today and got it cleaned up. Unfortunately its not as nice as it appeared on E-bay so I might do some vintage racing with it and just find better parts for a shelf queen. I also have a RC10CE on the way and a couple spare parts as well thanks to Tower Hobbies and E-bay. The one bright spot is it did come with an original Associated Stock motor. Now to start tracking down some replacement bearings and misc other parts. Let me know what you think, or any advice when rebuilding one of these. For the most part I just cleaned it and re-oiled the shocks.

Re: Konich'sRC10
the tires probably got a teflon based bearing oil on them.
I remeber the cans used to advertise you could use it to give simili-leather a nice look using this and so on.
If the original motor is truely the only up-point, you're either very picky or the pics are extremely well done. Withthe shell onit I would consider it more than worthy of my shelves.

love the old school body.
whats on the tires?
Cleaned them up with simple green and put on some tire conditioner thats sold at our local track. Had to make them nice and shiny for the pics.

Re: Konich'sRC10
Where you located Konich?
I have a Graphite team car that i am converting to run at my local track as well. We have a good amount of Vintage cars that come out to play.
Working on making mine a Graphite Team /B4 Hybrid as well. Now that I see is can be done, i might have to blow off some dust and get cracking again!
