Nope! Shipping was $12 so all is left now is seeing the condition of it once it arrives. Can't wait!

The bodies are the first things to go. I may keep the bug if it's in decent shape, but the Vette is going.

On the contrary: quite a few folks looking for the VW and the vette is the same one used in the clint eastwood deadpool movie on a gold tub rc10. Should be plenty intrest for that also.Doc J33P wrote:Just keep the bodies!!!!! lol
If he can sell them well these shells'll pay for the buggy and shipping.

911 and I talked about this just after he won it. I can't believe how low it went for. I saw it at the last min. but just couldn't pull the trigger due to lack of funds.
I almost feel bad for the seller but its his own fault for putting those FUGLY bodies on it. If it were just the chassis it would have probably went for 2+ times that.

i don't see how the bodies had anything to do with it. to start with, his title description was friggin' horrible. because of that, only 179 people visited his auction during the entire 5 day listing. calling a yokomo RS-4 didn't help him much either.fastang wrote:I almost feel bad for the seller but its his own fault for putting those FUGLY bodies on it. Come on now. their not that bad, thats the body I have raced with for years I would pay as much for a couple of those new, as he paid for the whole auction

Re: My hidden Yoke grab off of ebay...
Now that part in the movie was flippin awesome!!! I remember asking my Dad if I could make a bomb for my LXT and blow it up, lol. Glad that I didn't continue that venture.Mr. ED wrote:On the contrary: quite a few folks looking for the VW and the vette is the same one used in the clint eastwood deadpool movie on a gold tub rc10. Re: My hidden Yoke grab off of ebay...
that was a cool scene. but they put the sound as if it was a gas car? I have never seen a gas car that could back up
