strippin anodized alloy wheels

When it's R/C related, but doesn't fit anyplace else.

strippin anodized alloy wheels

What to use to take the blue off with out hurtn the nib wheels.Just bought alloy fronts that match but arent blue and want strip the rear ones that are new.Don 8)

easy off oven cleaner does a good job....are you planing on doing some polishing?

yes fronts got off ebay natural alloy machined finish like new but need polishing to be at their best.Figured haft polish after strip the blue rears,but feared id leave easyoff on the blue ones to long and pit the alloy.So how long sit with on them and what to use scrub color off?Don

It depends on the anodizing, but should only leave on 10-15 min...the stuff kinda starts to flake\bubble off ...

Do you have photos of both sets?
