i have one, but i wouldn't call it a build. just my old racer from the mid-late 90's.

the only thing i remember raborn having is their chassis plates for the rc10 and jrx2, the telescopiing drive kits for the rc10 with a stealth and the kit for the mip/trackmaster. those kits came with raborn rear a-arms. they also had a 2wd direct drive oval kit called the invencer, and i think they had batteries too.

The invencer wouldnt be a gold annodized with motor plates on either side the diff would it,their angled up at 45 degrees.Only seen two and those guys didnt know the name either. It doesnt bolt directly to rc10 pan chassis it came on a lto chassis on a rc10 i got way back in 94.Kinda looks like a wide bolt pattern for a losi, wwhere it mounts to the chassis using same size screws.Diff is like a thorpe one with the three allen screws holding it together, set screw outdrives like mip uses can be used on it too.Any info appreciated DON 8)
PS:stil have the arms almost brand new/perfect condition

I built a Rayborn car awhile back. The chassis is from a buddy of mine who use to race. It is pretty beat up but, all the suspention is new RPM stuff. I'm currently looking for a better chassis and I'm going to use the RPM parts to build an off road car! Should start soon!!!

It looks like a strange mix between RC10 on road and off road cars...
I had personally a raborn telescoping axle kit for my RC10 buggy. It was very unusual in france. The arms were very strong, but the axles gots worn very fast.
It was a great help to improve shocks travel ...without the risk to get your axle out of the diff nut!
It seems to be very had to find nowadays, isn't it ?
local club president, but also family team manager - mecanic - official sponsor, and some times cruising my RC cars......YES!!!!!!!!!!
