I got these off this site http://www.ymr.no/historie.htm I think it's from Holland I can't read it but it's got some cool history.

the site is from Norway , but the guy who build this particular car, and the pictures, are from Japan: you can see the japanese roofs on the houses in one of the pics. Maybe Grahoo; he's quite famous for this kind of builds and often has this blue plastic and clear plexiglass parts in his projects. if you do a search on google you'll find various links on Tamiya club and to his own sites.
I'm curious about this BIG WAVE logo: it seems to return on quite a few creations by japanese home-builders.

(interesting site, but so poorly built: I can not see any pictures beyond 1989 as by the time the first pics have loaden the time-out kicks in and stops me from downloading more oics)
