New Losi Short Course Truck
Re: New Losi Short Course Truck
Slash is the biggest electric class around here by far, we run "Spec Slash" and always have at least 18 or 20 people. Sure they may look cheap, but it's close racing and you can beat the snot out of them. I've already got mine preordered with the LHS. At least it comes standard with the cupholders

If the cheesy look dosent scream Toys R Us , I dont know what would. And that old school Hornet spider gear diff ?????? hope it performs better than it looks.

Yecch,
I think I just threw up a little bit...
(Sorry Losi guys, no offense...)
It looks like they spent less time copying the Slash than Associated did....At least they could have given it a pretty body like the SC10.
I like the fake molded radiator fan detail that's up front. I'm not sure why it's there, considering it's already got the decals of fans in the back.
maybe it runs hot...

Re: New Losi Short Course Truck
heres what losi was thinkin http://www.freshpilot.com/rc-beer-beverage-delivering-buggy/ and this one too http://gizmodo.com/gadgets/gadgets/remote-control-cup-holder-for-lazyadventurous-drunks-235441.php i like this losi truck, but im getting sick of the toy like rcs ..theres alot of high tech stuff out there..i wish they would spend more time making stuff just to win races (tuff ,fast, light) instead of toy bodys, bumpers, wheels, and tires,exc..as i said i do like this truck. i like all the "slash class" trucks ,just would like them to be a bit more of a race truck then toy truck..badhoopty wrote:i like the cupholders...

Re: New Losi Short Course Truck
I watched 3 pre-production trucks running in the JBRL race in Camarillo. They looked pretty good. It wasnt their top factory drivers either...2 Losi employees and one sponsored driver. In Open SC, they finished 3,4 & 5 in the main.
